Mohamed is an experienced litigation associate whose practice focuses on representing clients in residential and commercial construction matters. With a focus on complex, multi-party construction defect litigation throughout the State of Florida. Mohamed regularly represents owners, developers, general contractors and other contractors in litigating construction defect claims, payment disputes, lien claims, insurance coverage claims, and other construction industry disputes.
Mohamed began his legal career working at one of Florida’s largest law firms where he specialized in defending general liability and first-party insurance claims for the largest insurers in Florida. Mohamed’s extensive legal experience gives him an intimate understanding of the varying stages of a case’s life cycle, which allows him to represent his clients thoroughly and successfully. Mohamed earned his undergraduate degree at Florida International University and obtained his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
