Experience

Henris Zaimaj is a litigator with experience in complex construction and commercial actions. He currently represents contractors, subcontractors, and developers in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation and performance claims.

He began his legal career working in one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida where he developed substantial experience in first-party property claims for residential and commercial properties, including multi-property commercial claims. He also has experience in handling construction lien disputes.

In law school, Henris was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a teacher’s assistant for legal research and writing. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Before obtaining his law degree, Henris worked in the underwriting department of a major Florida insurance carrier.
